PROCESS:

The grape must obtained from Chardonnay grapes ferments for about 20 days in steel tanks. It follows a period of aging at the end of which, the following spring, it is bottled to begin the second fermentation and subsequent rest on the yeast for 12 months.

 

VINE:
100% Chardonnay

 

COLOR:

Straw yellow with light golden reflections obtained by refermentation in the bottle.

 

SMELL:

Elegant, harmonious and fresh: the tertiary aromas obtained by staying on the lees and the primary ones typical of the grape from which it comes such as narcissus, pineapple and tropical fruit are well balanced.

 

TASTE:

Fine and persistent perlage. The scents already felt on the nose are also confirmed in the mouth.

 

GRADATION:
12,5% Vol.

 

COMBINATIONS:

The balanced freshness makes it an excellent wine in combination with aperitifs and appetizers.
