After fermentation, wine is refined at controlled temperature.
Bright red – medium/high intensity.
Delicate, typical, a fruity wine with an aroma of red berries (plums, blackberries, raspeberry, blueberry).
Structured, with an excellent balance between the acid and tannin, typical of this wine. Ideal for laying down, acquiring a velvety bouquet.
Perfect with meat dishes.
