PROCESS:
Classic brut method with fermentation in the bottle and rest on the lees for a period of not less than 30 months. After this time the disgorgement takes place at the end of which the bottles, after about 3 months of rest, are ready for consumption.

 

VINE:
100% Pinot nero.

 

GROWING SYSTEM
Guyot arch in medium-textured soil tending to calcareous.

 

COLOR:
Straw yellow with golden reflections due to the long stay on the lees.

 

SMELL:
Appreciated fine and typical aromas of fermentation in the bottle, such as bread crust, yeast, dried fruit with light floral notes.

 

TASTE:
Full, rich, fruity, with very fine and lasting effervescence.

 

GRADATION:
13% Vol.

 

COMBINATIONS:
Given the extreme elegance and pleasantness, this wine can accompany any meal type. In particular, the fine effervescence allows you to clean your mouth and surprise with its aromatic persistence.
